Nikola Usenovic – International Medical Corps
Nikola Usenovic is Director of Global Procurement at International Medical Corps, where his team of eight procurement specialists manage international sourcing of medical and nonmedical commodities and services for 30+ country missions and three HQ offices. Since joining the humanitarian organization in 2010, he has helped lead a range of high-profile emergency responses, including Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, the 2015 earthquake in Nepal, Ebola outbreaks in Africa, Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine.
Nwaebiem (Obi) Nwadinobi (MPSN) – IDA Foundation Nigeria
Pharm. Nwaebiem Nwadinobi – Obi to those that know him - is the Country Representative of IDA Foundation in Nigeria. In this role for the past decade, he has worked closely with implementing partners in the execution of various International Health care Programs in Nigeria (e.g Global Fund HIV Round 5 Grant, National Malaria Elimination Program etc). As a Drug Regulatory Expert and Supply Chain Specialist he has built a vast network in Nigeria’s business/ healthcare space, including the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON). He is a registered member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (MPSN), Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and National Association of Industrial Pharmacists (NAIP). He obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (B. Pharm) from the prestigious University of Lagos, complemented by professional certificate courses and trainings.
Claire Barnhoorn – Solvoz (Foundation)
Claire Barnhoorn is an experienced humanitarian, with 15 years in humanitarian aid at MSF and other NGO’s as well as UN organisations, working in positions from field operations to logistics and supply chain, with a growing focus on data and enabling supportive technology. Claire is founder of the Solvoz platform (and foundation), providing procurement support for organizations in LMICs (aid agencies, health facilities, social impact organizations, NGOs, CSOs). In addition, Solvoz enables open access knowledge and technical capacity for all through an open-access catalogue. Solvoz actively operationalizes the localization of aid and increases procurement efficiency, transparency, and ethical integrity, enabling responsible procurement practices. Claire holds an MSc in Humanitarian Assistance from University College Dublin, a BSc in International Development from Wageningen University, and a degree in Tropical Agriculture from Wageningen University.
Mary Moehlmann – Access to Medicine Foundation
Dr. Mary Moehlmann is a medical doctor with experience working with the Ministry of Health in Kenya and also with the International Rescue Committee in Kakuma refugee camp. She has worked in Bernhard Nocht Institute of Tropical Medicine in Hamburg, Germany. Currently, Mary Moehlmann is the Community Engagement Lead for Access to Medicine Foundation where she engages multiple stakeholders in addressing Access to Medicine issues.
Henrique Guilardi – National Director Contract Logistics UAE & Oman at Kuehne+Nagel
Henrique Guilardi is the National Director Contract Logistics UAE & Oman at Kuehne+Nagel. Originally from Brazil, he now represents Kuehne+Nagel inDubai, UAE, where he lives with his family. With over 22 years’ experience in various third-party logistics companies in Brazil, Mexico and UAE, he has always focused on warehousing and transportation, crossing different responsibilities from Operations, Solution Design, Business Development, Customer Onboarding and Management. He holds a Business Administration / MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain.
Mariatou Tala Jallow – Managing Director and lead consultant at TalaConsult, The Gambia.
Dr. Mariatou Tala Jallow is the founder, Managing Director and lead consultant at TalaConsult, the Gambia, established in 2020. Prior to that, Tala was a Senior Manager at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, where she worked over 11 years, establishing and managing the the Pooled Procurement Mechanism. Tala was also the Chief Pharmacist of The Gambia’s Ministry of Health and has also held several international consultancy positions with organizations such as World Bank, WHO and others. She holds a PhD in Pharmacy and Masters’ Degrees in Pharmacy and Health Administration from the University of Oslo, Norway.
