Brainstorm & innovation workshops.
Less of the same. More of something new.
Need fresh ideas, new energy and less of the same? Creative, inclusive facilitation with a clear finish line.
A brainstorm fails when it is a wall of sticky notes and no one owns what happens next. We open the room so new options appear, then close it so the useful ones survive.
World Café, Open Space and appreciative inquiry are used when they serve the goal. The finish line is a short list, with owners.
How the session works
How we design it
Open, then close
The session has a divergent hour and a convergent hour. Ideas are generated, then narrowed.
A method with a job
World Café, Open Space, appreciative inquiry or a dialogic container — only when that container helps this group reach the goal.
Harvest
Sticky notes become a synthesis people can read. Ideas are ranked, not left on the wall.
An owner
Every idea that survives leaves with a person and a next step. That is how it stays alive after the room.

The room does not need another wall of sticky notes. I design the session so ideas can open up, and then narrow.
What I watch for is the moment a new option gets an owner. That is when the workshop has done its job.
