Strategy sessions.
Formulate strategy collectively.
Structured dialogue so strategy leaves the flipchart and enters the plan — aligned with your organisational roadmap and EU policy cycles.
“Not only were we challenged to create a bold strategic plan, we made the whole team enthusiastic for it.”
Strategy stays on the flipchart when the day is a tour of methods. We start from what must be true when people stand up: a direction the organisation can run, in the policy rhythm you already live in.
A short diagnostic comes before the session. In the room we make the choices. The plan leaves with owners.
How the session works
How we design it
Before the day
A pre-session diagnostic maps where you are, so the room does not spend the morning discovering its own brief.
Designed backwards
The session is designed backwards from what success looks like. Vision, SWOT and stakeholder mapping are used when they serve that, not as a tour of methods.
The rhythm you already work in
The strategy has to fit how your organisation decides, and the EU policy cycle you operate in.
Off the flipchart
The day ends in a plan people own: choices, owners and next steps, not a workshop report that gathers dust.

A strategy day fails when it stays on the flipchart. I start from what must be true when people stand up: a direction the organisation can actually run.
We look before the day, then make the choices in the room. The plan has owners. That is the point.
