Citizen assembly facilitation.
Inclusive process. Usable outcome.
Facilitation of citizens’ assemblies and participatory civic rooms on EU policy — climate, migration, democracy reform and beyond. We design, host and harvest.
A citizens’ assembly is a public process, not a stakeholder workshop with a new name. People have to be able to take part, including across languages, and the synthesis has to be something a policy or consultation process can use.
We design the sessions, host them, and harvest them. Neutrality and briefing come first. The fee and the lead time follow the number of sessions and the languages.
How the session works
How we design it
A civic room
Multi-session public assemblies on questions such as climate, migration or democracy. This is not an organisational round table.
Every voice
The design is inclusive and can run in more than one language, so participation is not limited to the people already comfortable in the room.
Neutral, and briefed
The facilitators do not carry the outcome. Preparation and a clear brief are part of the process, not an extra.
A synthesis a process can use
Outsiders can read it. Insiders can use it. The room leaves with clarity that can feed a policy or a consultation.

A citizens’ assembly is not a stakeholder workshop with a new name. I design the process so people can take part, and so the synthesis can feed a real decision.
Neutrality is the job. The room has to trust that the harvest is what was said.

FAQ
Facilitation FAQs
Practical answers before you book a session.
Is this the same as a stakeholder workshop?
No. A citizens’ assembly is a public, multi-session process. Organisational tables of industry, NGOs and institutions are a different facilitation.
What do we leave with?
A transparent synthesis that outsiders can read and that a policy or consultation process can use.
Can the assembly run in more than one language?
Yes. Language needs are part of the design and part of how the fee is scoped.
