Public speaking & presentation training in Brussels
Engage. Convince. Be remembered.
Presentation skills training for boardrooms, conferences and expert rooms — craft a memorable speech, land your argument, and deliver with confidence.
“We practised the speech we actually have to give. That changed the day.”
This is presentation training for the rooms Brussels actually uses: a board, a conference slot, a policy briefing, a pitch to members. You leave able to build a speech people can follow, land an argument, and deliver it so the impression matches the one you meant to give.
As moderators we see many presentations and speeches. We know what works and we know what works in which occasion. As trainers we're able to help you find a style that matches your person, a message that matches your strategy and a buildup that is fit for the occasion and the audience. The day is built around your files and your next speaking occasion. We work on strategy, structure and performance. Because your message only hits home if those three work in sync. We help you create slides that are supporting your story as a backing vocal, not replace you as the lead singer.

Engage. Convince.

Be remembered.
Why this training
Why this works
Your real slot
We rehearse the board paper, the conference slot or the pitch you actually have — not a generic TED exercise.
Structure before style
People learn a spine the room can follow, then argumentation, then delivery. Confidence comes from that order.
Slides in the background
Visuals are practised so they support the speaker. The slide stops doing the talking.
Everyone on their feet
Groups of 4–12 keep practice time high. Feedback happens while the attempt is still warm.

People arrive with a deck that has already decided the speech. Twenty slides, every one a paragraph, and the person in front of the room hoping someone else will assemble the point.
I start by cutting. One outcome for this audience, a structure they can follow, slides that stay in the background. Then they stand up and say it, on the board paper or the conference slot they actually have.
The moment I trust is when someone stops reading and starts talking to the person they came to convince. After that, the confidence is a structure they can repeat.

Yes. Most programmes are in-company in Brussels or at your European venue. We also run private coaching online or onsite.
How long is presentation skills training?
Half-day to multi-day. A focused half-day works for a single format (pitch or board presentation); one or two days leave room for more practice and feedback.

English is the default working language. Other languages are available on request with the right trainer.
What does it cost?
Indicative in-company rates start from €1,500 half-day / €2,500 full day (one trainer, ex VAT). Private coaching is priced by coach and package.
